Believed extinct in Britain, having not been recorded since 1933.
Formerly found in Huntingdonshire and Cambridgeshire, known from Wicken, Fordham, Isleham, Fulbourne, Whittlesford, Duxford, Mepal and Chatteris. [Skinner]
Records include a moth taken at sugar near Chatteris in 1904, two caterpillars beaten from hawthorn in August 1905, and a moth on an ash tree, Wicken, July 31 1907.
